My wife and I signed a purchase agreement on this house in fall of 05, couldn't sell ours, and couldn't renew (btw,it was for $219,000). We cringed as it became a rental for the next 2 years or so (actually on the market for almost 8 months after the seller didn't renew with us). Imagine our surprise when next it went up for sale around $150,000!
Still can't swing it, but I also liked it since it hadn't change the basic Crescent floor plan (but new bathroom and basement), and have it on our someday list. Two Crescents one block over on Central, but of the smaller floorplan version.
