Kiva Fight Global PovertyChad and his wife enjoy philanthropic lending through Kiva.org. Kiva enables people to make personal loans to low-income entrepreneurs in developing countries. These small loans provide affordable working capital for the poor (money to buy a sewing machine, livestock, etc.), empowering them to earn their way out of poverty. Check out his Kiva portfolio to see who he's lending to.

Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking, skiing, golfing, fishing, hiking, martial arts, gourmet cooking, improv comedy, playing video games, and playing scrabble.
